Welcome to modrnzo.com! We use a print-on-demand model, which means every product is printed and packed after you place an order. Below is our complete shipping policy for orders within India.
📦 1. Order Processing Time
All T-shirts are made to order.
Printing & processing usually takes 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
During festivals, sales, or high-volume days, processing may take up to 6 days.
Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed over to our courier partner.
🚚 2. Estimated Delivery Time (India Only)
We deliver across India through partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and DTDC.
Metro Cities: 4–7 working days Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–9 working days Remote / North-East / J&K: 7–12 working days
✅ Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
📍 3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link and AWB number.
You can also track your order on our website under Track Order.
💵 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pin codes in India.
COD orders may require confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp.
If not confirmed within 24 hours, the order may get cancelled automatically.
Fake or RTO COD orders may lead to account blocking.
🚫 5. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you for an alternate address or prepaid option.
📦 6. Shipping Charges
✅ Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping above ₹499
✅ COD Orders: ₹50–₹100 COD charges may apply
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
❌ 7. Delay Disclaimer
Delay may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Courier issues
Lockdown/bandh/state restrictions
Incorrect address or no response from customer
We do not offer cancellation or refund due to shipping delays that are outside our control.
🔁 8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the address is incorrect or customer is unreachable and the order gets returned (RTO), reshipping charges will apply.
