1. When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?
We only accept Returns or Exchanges for the following valid reasons:
Damaged Product: The T-shirt arrives with a printing or stitching defect.
Incorrect Product: Wrong design, size, or color delivered due to our error.
Factory Error: Any manufacturing defect that affects the quality or wearability.
⚡ Please note: Returns or exchanges are not allowed for reasons like change of mind, style preference, or size issues if selected correctly at checkout.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange
To request a replacement, follow these steps:

Provide your Order ID, photos, and videos showing the issue clearly.
Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
⚡ Only requests submitted within 48 hours of delivery are eligible.
3. COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refund. Only replacement will be provided in valid cases.
4. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.
Delivery of the replacement usually takes 5–9 business days.
If your replacement request is approved, you do not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
