modrnzo.com is an India-based Print-On-Demand (POD) apparel brand offering custom and trendy t-shirts for boys and girls. All products are made-to-order and manufactured in partnership with top Indian printing and fulfillment providers.
2. Eligibility
To use our website or place an order, you must:

Have parental/guardian consent
By using this site, you confirm that you meet these conditions.
3. Product Information
All t-shirts are printed on demand after an order is placed.
Colors, designs, and print placement may slightly vary due to screen differences.
Product mockups are for reference only and not exact physical representation.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on modrnzo.com are in INR (₹).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
We accept UPI, Wallets, Netbanking, Cards & COD (Cash on Delivery)*
Cash on Delivery may include an additional fee if applicable.
5. Order Placement & Cancellation
✅ Once the order is confirmed:
It cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing the order.
Since products are custom printed, cancellation after processing is not allowed.
modrnzo.com reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:
Payment issues
Invalid address or contact details
Out-of-stock or technical issues
Fraud or fake COD orders
Refunds for prepaid cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are printed and shipped within 5–9 working days.
Delivery time depends on your location (generally 4–8 days after dispatch).
Delays due to courier, lockdowns, strikes, or natural causes are beyond our control.
Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.
7. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Since all products are print-on-demand, we only allow replacements in the following cases: ✅ Damaged, defective, or wrong product received ✅ Wrong size delivered (only if our mistake) ✅ Printing error
You must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
❌ No returns or refunds allowed for:
Change of mind
Wrong size ordered by customer
Design/color preference issues
Minor print or color variation
No refunds on COD orders—only replacement where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, branding, text, and content on modrnzo.com are owned by us or our licensors. You are not allowed to copy, use, or reproduce any material without permission.
9. Use of Website
You agree not to:
Use fake details or multiple accounts
Try to hack, alter, or misuse the website
Post abusive, illegal, or harmful content
Violating these terms can lead to account suspension and legal action.

Courier delays
Minor color/print differences
Incorrect address provided by customer
